Cleveland Clinic Expansion and New Daycare Facility Move Forward
At the August 19, 2026 meeting, the Avon Planning Commission approved a special use permit and general development plan for the Cleveland Clinic Foundation's expansion at 33100 Just Imagine Drive, which includes a second bed tower and parking improvements. Commissioners also approved a final development plan for a 15,206 square-foot All Around Children daycare facility on the same road. Additionally, a final plat for the Westhaven Estates residential subdivision was declared a first presentation and delayed due to outstanding engineering comments.
